3450k Terms and Conditions — Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 3450k ("Platform", "we", "our"). By accessing, registering, or using any feature of 3450k — including Sports Betting, crash games, poker, live casino, bonuses, and promotions — you fully agree to the provisions set out herein.

Acceptance of these Terms takes place at the time of registration, by checking the confirmation box displayed during the account creation process. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms also constitutes tacit acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy, the rules of Responsible Gambling and the specific conditions of each promotion, which form an integral part of this agreement.

To create an account at 3450k, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF in good standing;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or first-degree relative of a 3450k staff member;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion period on any betting platform;
• Not have had an account closed for Terms violations on any platform within the same operating group.

Each individual may hold only an active account at 3450k, linked to a single CPF, a single email address, and a single phone number. Creating multiple accounts constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and subjects the user to the immediate cancellation of all accounts created, including any active balances and bonuses, with no right to appeal.

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. 3450k reserves the right to request verification of any submitted data at any time, especially before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00.

• Ownership: Deposits are accepted exclusively from bank accounts held in the name of the registered user. Third-party deposits are declined and refunded;
• Processing: Pix deposits are confirmed within 30 seconds. Bank slips (boleto bancário) may take up to 2 business days to be confirmed;
• Currency: All deposits and balances are processed in Brazilian reais (BRL, R$).

3450k does not charge any additional fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user. Deposits made in error may be reversed upon request to support, provided the balance has not been used for betting or gaming.

The withdrawal policy of 3450k was designed to be the most transparent and fastest in the Brazilian market:

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00 per transaction;
• Available method: Exclusively via Pix to the Pix key registered under the account holder's name;
• Processing time: Under 5 minutes for verified accounts, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays;
• Fee: 3450k charges no fees on withdrawals;
• Ownership: Withdrawals are released exclusively to a bank account in the account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

The balance available for withdrawal corresponds to the real balance — it does not include bonus balance until the rollover requirement is fully met. Once the rollover is completed, the bonus automatically converts to real balance and becomes available for immediate withdrawal.

3450k may hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours for security checks in cases of unusual betting patterns, sharp fluctuations in volume over a short period, or suspected fraud. The user will be notified by email if this occurs, along with instructions for resolution.

Sports Betting at 3450k cover football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Série C, and state championships), basketball (NBB), volleyball, MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and other sports. The following rules apply:

• Bets are confirmed at the moment you click "Confirm Bet" and cannot be cancelled after confirmation;
• Odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply — any subsequent changes do not affect already confirmed bets;
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, bets are refunded to the user's real balance;
• 3450k reserves the right to void bets in the event of a palpable error — situations where the published odds differ significantly from the market due to a technical error;
• Live betting is available during events, subject to broadcast latency. 3450k may suspend live markets at any time;
• Bets placed on events whose outcome the bettor knew in advance by any means will not be paid and will result in an account investigation.

3450k uses monitoring systems to identify unusual betting activity. Accounts showing consistent patterns of exploiting odds errors or early access to results will be closed and balances cancelled.

Live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and variants) and crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, Balloon, and others) available at the 3450k operate under the following parameters:

The bonuses and promotions offered by 3450k are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms of each offer:

• Welcome bonus: 100% on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. 5× rollover, valid for 30 calendar days from activation. One bonus per CPF;
• Activation: The welcome bonus is activated automatically on the first deposit — no promo code required;
• Separate balance: Bonus balance is kept separate from real balance. Bets draw from the bonus balance before the real balance until the rollover is completed;
• Qualifying markets: Sports bets with a minimum odd of 1.40 count 100%; crash games and Live Casino count 100%; poker counts 20% per hand played;
• Rollover not completed: Any unconverted bonus balance remaining at the end of the period is automatically cancelled. The deposited real balance is not affected;
• Abuse policy: Matched betting or any strategy intended to fulfill the rollover requirement with minimal risk may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

3450k reserves the right to cancel, modify, or end any promotion with at least 48 hours' notice, except in cases of confirmed fraud, where cancellation is immediate. The terms of any promotion active at the time a user opts in remain in effect even after future changes.

Are strictly prohibited on 3450k the following conduct, subject to immediate account closure and cancellation of all balances:

• Creating or using more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or verification;
• Using automation tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Systematically exploiting odds or system errors (abusive "advantage play");
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for financial transactions unrelated to legitimate betting and gaming;
• Placing offsetting bets across different accounts to clear rollover without real risk;
• Colluding at poker tables or fixing results with other players;
• Accessing the platform on behalf of third parties or sharing login credentials;
• Making deposits or withdrawals on behalf of third parties.

3450k continuously monitors betting patterns and transactions. Cases showing signs of irregularity are investigated internally. When evidence of financial crimes is found, 3450k reports to the relevant authorities as required by Brazilian law, including the Financial Activities Control Council (COAF).

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through support. Upon closure, any available real balance will be refunded via Pix within up to 5 business days, following identity verification. Unconverted bonus balances will be cancelled.

The 3450k may suspend or close accounts in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, abuse, or money laundering;
• User's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure);
• Order issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority;
• Identification that the user does not meet the eligibility requirements.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, 3450k may hold the account balance for as long as necessary to complete the internal investigation. If the violation is confirmed, the balance may be cancelled with no refund. If not confirmed, the real balance is returned to the user.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits directly in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after 7 days;

• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanent account closure with no option to re-register. Any real balance will be refunded after verification;

• Losses resulting from connection failures on the user's end (internet outage, phone battery dying, etc.);
• Unauthorized use of the user's account resulting from carelessness with login credentials;
• Betting decisions made based on information from third parties unaffiliated with 3450k.

3450k's maximum liability under any circumstance — except in cases of proven fraud — is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

The 3450k reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are communicated according to the following rules:

• Significant changes are communicated at least 15 days in advance by email to all registered users and via a banner on the platform;
• Minor changes (wording corrections, link updates, etc.) take effect immediately;
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new terms constitutes implicit acceptance of the changes;
• Users who do not agree with material changes may request account closure and withdrawal of their real balance without penalty within the notice period.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of the platform 3450k that cannot be resolved through support, the courts of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the exclusive venue, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
